National Sales Representative
Due to our continuing success and development Waterbury Bathroom Accessories are currently seeking a high performing, top class Sales Representative to join our busy and growing team.
The role will be focused on selling our Contract ranges of accessories to the Hotel & Hospitality market, as well as associated markets such as Student Accommodation, Nursing Homes and MOD.
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a successful history of sales to the Contract and Specification market and a thorough understanding of how this market works. We are looking for somebody who has perhaps reached a ceiling in their current position or who feels they can maximise their potential in a nationwide role with high earning potential and an uncluttered career progression path.
The role will involve meetings with Hotel Groups, Architects & Designers and the relevant construction and manufacturing companies. The sales activity is a combination of project based activity – to track, monitor and eventually close – and relationship activity – building on the good name that Waterbury has in the market and securing future specification of our products.
The right person will enjoy the constant activity of this market and will look forward to sharing the news their activity generates with the MD on a daily basis and with the rest of the team at weekly sales meetings.
Requirements
• Must have experience in the Hotel specification market
• Must have experience of meeting with Hotel Groups, Architects & Designers and Contractors
• Must have a successful sales background
• Be prepared to cover all of the UK (full driving licence)
• Be prepared to communicate on a daily basis
• Must demonstrate high energy and work rate
The successful candidate will enjoy a good basic salary, commission, bonus and car allowance.
